What we do...
The job will consist of the following:
- Operating hours will be 7:00am to 5pm (quit times will vary depending on work load and when you finish the days run).
- Transporting housing construction materials (mainly roof trusses) from the plant in Lexington NC to job sites around the area.
- Possibility of hauling other material and using a Moffett forklift to unload.
- There is a high probability you will work over the normal 40 hr work week. You may work up to 10-14 hrs on occasion. The normal work week should be in the 40 to 55 hr range.
- You will operate a daycab truck and either a truss trailer or a flatbed trailer with or without a Moffett.
- You will need to pass the qualifications to be accepted by Mercer Transportation.
- These trucks are leased to Mercer and application for drivers will be processed by Mercer.
- If hired you will be employed by Jack Faulk Agency Inc.
What we offer...

- Hourly rate of $28 to $35 per hour based on verifiable experience.
- Reimbursement partial or full towards Health insurance based on salary/experience

- 1 year employment 1 week vacation.
- 2 years employment 2 weeks vacation

What you need to qualify...
Qualification Requirements
- No felonies
- No Drug charges
- NO DUI in the past 10 years.
- NO Reckless driving charges
- No more than 1 moving violation or accident in the past 3 years
- Verifiable CDL Class A experience in the last 3 years
- Verifiable Overdimensional Hauling experience.
